Welcome. Making the decision to seek support can feel overwhelming and daunting. I can offer you a warm, empathic and accepting therapeutic relationship where you can feel comfortable and heard whilst exploring your experiences without fear of judgement. My curious and compassionate nature allows me to be beside you on the journey of understanding yourself and your experiences.

I am experienced in working with both adults and young people with a range of issues such as low mood, anxiety, low self-esteem and relationships. I have been working as a school and college Counsellor since qualifying. I offer online appointments or face to face appointments in Dorchester, Dorset. Why Counselling?

In counselling we can consider past, present, and future. Your life as it is now, the impact of your past and your hopes for the future.

Although talking to friends and family may help, it can be difficult to speak openly and honestly about how we are truly feeling. Counselling offers a place to express your deepest feelings without fear of judgement, or affecting a close relationship.

Counselling is your time and space where you can help yourself to develop solutions to the problems you are facing.
