Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment, you are reserving our time, (and if meeting in person, the room) exclusively for your needs. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you may do so without charge by giving at least 24 hours notice. This allows me enough time to fill the cancelled appointment slot. It also provides an opportunity for those on my waiting list to be accommodated.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be charged but “no shows” and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for in full. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. 

I am never upset with clients if they are unable to attend an appointment, life happens and sometimes you just can’t make it, please make contact and we can confirm your next appointment time.
